The quickest way to contact Outward Bound about a course is to tell us who your group is and what you want them to take home. Every programme we run is designed around that answer, so the more you share up front, the faster we can come back to you with venue options, dates and a proposal.
Schools and youth organisations can complete our online course brief. It takes about ten minutes. Have your preferred dates, group size, age group, preferred venue and the group’s language handy, along with your school’s mission, vision and motto, so we can build the programme around your school’s ideals. Parents booking a teenager aged 14 to 16 on our December Summer Adventure Camp can book a spot on WhatsApp straight from the camp page. Spots are limited and the camp runs once minimum enrolment is reached.

When you contact Outward Bound, it helps to know roughly how big your group is, how old the participants are and how long you can give us. We work with learners from the age of 6 through to young adults, school sports teams, tertiary groups, youth development programmes and corporate teams. School leadership journeys usually run from 2 to 7 days, and our theme courses run from three days to a full expedition. Courses can be centre-based, where the group camps at the base, or journey-based, where the group hikes and camps somewhere new each day. If you are not sure what fits, tell us your goals and we will recommend a format.
Our team reads every message and replies to schools, companies and parents directly. Courses run from our outdoor education venues across five provinces, or anywhere in the country with our mobile team, who bring the instructors, gear and safety equipment to you.
